How do I connect my knowledge sources?

Go to your organization's Sources page and click "Add Source." We support Slack, Notion, GitHub, and meeting recordings. OAuth makes connecting most sources a one-click process.

What content types are supported?

We support Slack messages and threads, Notion pages and databases, GitHub PRs, issues, and discussions, plus video uploads (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV) and meeting imports from Zoom and Google Meet.

How do I invite team members?

Go to your organization settings, click on "Members," then click "Invite Member" and enter their email address.

How does the AI processing work?

When you connect a source, content is automatically synced and processed. AI generates embeddings for semantic search, extracts decisions, identifies topics, and discovers relationships between content.

How secure is my content?

We use enterprise-grade security with encrypted credentials (OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest), secure data centers, and strict access controls to protect your content.
